• Provide effective Video Remote Interpreting.

Skills and requirements

• Technical knowledge for interpreting IT/Customer Support calls.
• Three to five years’ experience in interpreting (working experience in a professional BSL interpretation support role).
• Empathy and Understanding: Showing genuine care and empathy is essential. Customers who feel understood are more likely to trust and respond positively to guidance or resolutions.
• GP’s, Mental Health Support, Financial Advice, Legal Advice.

Confirmed role details

• £43.96 per hour (40 hours @£91,436).
• Bonus: Bonus up to 10% PA.
• Various shifts available within operationg hours.
• 8am - 10pm Monday to Sunday.

Additional role context

• We are seeking qualified and professional British Sign Language (BSL) Translators/Interpreters to join a remote team supporting communication between deaf and hearing individuals.
• Interpreters will work remotely and may support scheduled or on-demand interpreting sessions.
