- It's compliance with a 'small c' - making sure the team is following best practice and offering excellent service to clients, without heavy reporting, complaints management, or FCA.
- Review files across new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments to maintain quality and consistency.
- Provide practical feedback and coaching to help colleagues grow.
- Identify trends and training needs to improve team performance.
- Work with operational and technical colleagues to enhance processes.
