Main responsibilities
Overseeing planned, cyclical, and responsive repairs to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors across multiple workstreams. Provide excellent customer care and resolve issues professionally.

- Proven experience supervising operatives within the repairs and maintenance sector.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to use PDA systems and Excel for reporting and logging tasks.
