What the role involves

• Our EDGE platform powers energy and operational efficiency across real estate in 26 countries, helping reduce waste and improve outcomes.
• We are seeking to build a talent pool for our Technical Services Engineer role.
• Supporting customer delivery across key portfolios in Europe.
• Utilize the epx EDGE platform to analyze data and produce reports on energy and water performance.
• Maintain relationships with customer engineering, asset management, and sustainability teams.
• Ensure adherence to ISO processes and contribute to continuous improvement of the EDGE software.

Skills and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in HVAC systems, BEMS, or Energy Management.

Confirmed role details

• Conduct monthly teleconferences and at a minimum, annual site visits to drive action and client engagement.
• Produce quarterly global reports on energy and contract performance.
• Hybrid working conditions (3:2).
