Where the work sits

Working collaboratively with Development and Asset Management teams to support BIM implementation and act as a BIM champion. Working with asset teams to support future safety projects and budget planning.

How the role works day to day

Creating retrospective 3D building models to inform future safety and investment decisions. Analysing and organising development and property information, including H&S and O&M files, to support Building Safety Cases. Supporting resident engagement activities by helping manage safety ‑ related information for residents.

What needs to be in place

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent A ‑ Level qualification).
