As a Building Safety Manager, the work centres on delivering day-to-day functions on behalf of the Accountable Person for buildings in scope of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. It would suit someone who can bring 35 days holiday, plus the option to buy and sell holiday to the role.
