This Project Manager opportunity is built around to ensure that all Building Services needs are met, reflected in the building and fabric with information being provided in sufficient time. Role overview
The successful candidate should be experienced in managing design, delivery, and commissioning of Building Services in a construction environment. Supporting Planning Teams & Project Manager in making sure building services are fully integrated into the delivery programme.
Management responsibilities
To ensure that all Building Services needs are met, reflected in the building and fabric with information being provided in sufficient time. Supporting Site Management and H&S Teams with review of method statements and safe systems of work. Managing the Design, Drawings, and approvals process in line with the Programme.

- Attending client progress and technical meetings as required.
- Technically qualified with a back ground including commissioning.

- This is a Full Time role with mix of office, sites in the central belt of Scotland and home hybrid working.
- Support the commercial teams with reviewing any changes to contract and valuations of the work.
- Work model: Hybrid.
