What the role involves

• Based in a modern, open‑plan office on the outskirts of Exeter—with excellent access to the M5—you’ll enjoy a blend of office, home and site‑based work, giving you both flexibility.
• Deliver building surveying projects in line with RICS standards.
• Provide expert technical advice to clients and colleagues.
• Preparing specifications, drawings, tenders and risk assessments.
• Ensure quality throughout.
• Carry out condition surveys, dilapidations, defect analysis and technical reporting.

Additional role context

• Design, engineering and project management services to a wide range of clients.
