Role overview

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to support the delivery of building repair projects arising from complex insurance claims. Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues where required About You Strong experience within Building Surveying and Project Management.

Main responsibilities

Preparing Bills of Quantities and Schedules of Work. Project managing building repairs from instruction through to completion. Ensuring CDM requirements are appropriately scoped and applied.
