Building Surveyor focuses on managing the design and delivery of building repair, maintenance and improvement projects.
What the role involves
- Managing the design and delivery of building repair, maintenance and improvement projects.
- Supervise works to ensure compliance with specifications and statutory requirements.
- Provide professional building surveying advice and contribute to property strategies and programmes.
- Hold a relevant accredited degree or HNC/HND (or equivalent) in building or a related discipline, and have significatn, hands-on experience in building surveying.
- Acting as a lead project officer, managing projects or programmes of work, and working effectively within multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Be IT literate, with confidence using Microsoft Office 365.
