What the role involves

• Offers structured support through the APC process, helping you progress towards chartered status with guidance from experienced Chartered Surveyors.
• Assisting in preparing specifications, designs, tender documents, and building regulation/planning applications.
• Supporting contract administration, project progress meetings, and monitoring of construction works.
• Learn and use software including AutoCAD, Revit, and NBS.
• Supporting senior surveyors with site visits, project delivery, and client communication.
• Degree in Building Surveying.
