Business Administration Apprentice focuses on supporting the production and sales teams with administration tasks.
What the role involves
- Supporting the production and sales teams with administration tasks.
- Maintaining filing systems and customer databases.
- Preparing quotations and business documentation.
- Order stock from suppliers in line with customer requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Monitoring office supplies and place orders when required.
Skills and requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a busy environment.
Confirmed role details
- Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Additional role context
- A minimum of 6 hours per week of off-the-job training.
- Functional Skills support in English or Maths if not previously achieved at Level 2.
