• Business Analysis Lead focuses on empowering leadership: ability to lead the business analysis “chapter,” providing mentorship, coaching, and career development to a team of bas.
• Analytical Excellence: A strong, evidence-based approach to understanding problem domains and creating clear recommendations for change.
• Methodology & Standards: A deep understanding of the BA role in both Agile and Waterfall environments, with experience using modelling languages like UML and BPMN.
