Leading discovery and analysis to understand business problems, risks, and opportunities, producing clear findings and recommendations. Elicit, analyse, and manage requirements throughout delivery to ensure solutions meet business needs and realise benefits. Map current and future states using process maps, operating models, and other diagramming techniques to support clarity, alignment, and decision‑making.
