Main responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and shape technology strategy to support business growth. Serve as a domain subject matter expert in Investment Risk and partner with business leaders to shape and prioritise initiatives. Collaborate with front office investment risk and analytics teams; work with Portfolio Managers and Investment Risk Teams to understand needs and translate them into technical requ.

Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst within Asset Management, ideally supporting front office investment risk and/or analytics teams.
- Understanding of investment risk concepts (e.g., VaR, tracking error, duration risk), performance measurement frameworks, and attribution methodologies (e.g., Brinson, factor-based.
- Familiarity with tools such as MSCI Risk Manager, MSCI BarraOne, and FactSet.

- This position follows a hybrid working model, with three days per week in the office.
