This Business Analyst (RLAM) role is focused on proven track record in business and data modelling, process design and solution concepts. It would suit someone who can bring reliability, clear communication, and practical judgement to the role.

Define and implement improvements to processes, systems and data across CRM and Client Services ensuring alignment with business goals. Apply and embed agreed business analysis methods, tools and standards within the scrum framework and across the wider organisation.

Proven track record in business and data modelling, process design and solution concepts.

What you need
- Strong SQL skills, with the ability to interrogate data, support reporting requirements and ensure data quality.
- This is a hands‑on delivery role, ideal for someone who enjoys working close to the detail, thrives in agile environments, and brings strong knowledge of the Asset Management opera.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar enterprise CRM platforms).
