Business Analyst

The opportunity

Due to growth within our Change department we have some additional Business Analyst opportunities available!

In this role, you’ll lead analysis on change initiatives across the business—turning real business needs into clear, actionable requirements for our technology teams. You’ll be at the heart of shaping solutions that improve customer and colleague experiences, bridging business objectives and technology delivery. The role spans business and systems analysis across business change and IT improvement programmes, drawing on your experience of operational processes, procedures, systems and services.
