What the role involves

• Be joining our team at an exciting time - we maintain the UK’s National Time Scale, UTC (NPL), and are currently developing a new resilient Time Scale facility that will underpin U.
• Monitor business and behavioural change activities in alignment with roadmap.
• Develop detailed impact assessments, training needs analyses, and action plans.
• Managing the delivery of business readiness assessments.
• Partner with Project Managers to coordinate change-related timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Engaging, informing and supporting wider SMEs and senior stakeholders.

Skills and requirements

• Our world-leading Time & Frequency department are seeking a Change Specialist with experience in in delivering transformational behavioural change in major programmes.
• Enjoy collaborating with an experience Change team and a breadth of stakeholders to assess changes resulting from security requirements within the programme.

Additional role context

• This will address the risks associated with our dependency on global navigation satellite systems (such as GPS) that are vulnerable to both natural and intentional interference.
• This will involve planning and implementing the relevant change activities to time, quality, and cost.
