What you would be doing

Conduct current-state analysis through process mapping, journey mapping and capability assessment. Processing and operating model design aligned to Target Operating Model.

What you need

• Care, health, local government or similarly regulated sectors.
• Understanding of service design or enterprise architecture concepts.
• Familiarity with tools such as Visio, Miro, Lucid or Azure DevOps.

• Full-time, 37.5 per week.
