Driving RLUSD distribution and usage across priority use cases including trading, payments, treasury, collateral, settlement, and tokenized assets. Develop and execute business development strategy focused on RLUSD, XRP Ledger, and stablecoin adoption.

What you need
- 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial roles within fintech, financial services, or digital assets.
- Proven ability to structure and execute complex, multi-stakeholder commercial agreements.
- This is a senior, externally facing role suited to someone with strong institutional finance experience and responsibility for developing and executing high-impact partnerships.
