Work with marketing to design and deliver targeted engagement campaigns. Build and maintain a long-term opportunity pipeline to support bidding and growth. Identify and develop new business opportunities across Scotland’s Local Government sector.

What needs to be in place
- Experience of working with marketing and bid teams to shape opportunities.
- Commercial awareness and ability to identify long-term growth opportunities.
- Strong track record in business development within the public sector, ideally Local Government.
Job details
- Whilst this is a hybrid position there is an expectation that you will need to travel around Scotland to visit clients and CGI Offices.
