Job description
As a Business Development Executive EMEA in Beauty, Personal Care, the work centres on leading product and commercial proposals, quotations and negotiations. It would suit someone who can bring working independently in a remote, multi-country environment to the role.
Where the work sits
Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field5 to 10 years of B2B commercial experience, ideally in Beauty, Personal Care, Consumer Health. Travel: Up to 50% across EMEAReports to Head of Beauty EMEA & APACRole Overview.
How the role works day to day
Leading product and commercial proposals, quotations and negotiations. Maintaining disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting. Managing and grow a portfolio of existing Beauty customers across EMEA.

Practical details
- Remote, Based in the UK ideally close to an international airport.
- Combines management of an existing portfolio of approximately 40 Beauty customers, daily commercial, operational and coordination execution, and selective opening of new doors with.
- This is a hands-on, senior commercial role requiring both disciplined account management and targeted business development.
- Beauty will be responsible for developing Catalent’s Beauty business across the EMEA region.
What needs to be in place
- Proven experience managing multiple accounts while developing new opportunities in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of the Beauty / Personal Care customer landscape is required.
- Experience in a CDMO environment is preferred.
