This Business Development Executive opportunity is built around leading a variety of FM bids to meet and exceed agreed sales targets within target markets determined by the VP – Client Solutions, UK & Europe. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

Reports to: Vice President – Client Solutions, UK & Europe. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing, solutioning, and closing new business opportunities, as well as retaining existing customer accounts, ensurin.

How support shows up

Leading a variety of FM bids to meet and exceed agreed sales targets within target markets determined by the VP – Client Solutions, UK & Europe. Own the full sales lifecycle including SQ, RFI, RFP, and presentation stages. Liaise frequently with the VP – Client Solutions, UK & Europe to provide updates on sales activities and new business opportunities.

What needs to be in place

  • Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience.
  • Higher education qualifications (HNC/D or degree level).
  • Driven by targets and comfortable working in a high‑pressure sales environment.
