As a Business Development Lead, the work centres on supporting delivery of the top-line sales target across the Office & Production sectors. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.

Role overview

Sales work involved

Supporting delivery of the top-line sales target across the Office & Production sectors. Supporting the development and execution of the sales strategy in line with country and sector commercial strategies. Supporting definition of key markets, geographies and targets in collaboration with the Sector Commercial team.

Sales skills and experience

  • Proven experience in sales, business development or bid leadership roles.
  • Strong track record of winning and converting complex deals end-to-end.
  • Solid commercial acumen with the ability to balance revenue, margin and risk.
