What the role involves

• ICOMAT has pioneered the revolutionary Rapid Tow Shearing (RTS) technology, the first ever defect-free fibre-steering process for composites.
• Manage a pipeline of high-value aerospace prospects using a structured, disciplined sales methodology.
• Maintaining rigorous CRM discipline – pipeline accuracy, forecasting, and activity tracking in Pipedrive.
• Commercial instinct paired with process discipline – you know how to run a pipeline, not just fill one.

Skills and requirements

• 7+ years of business development or techical sales experience in aerospace, aerostructures, composites, or a related advanced manufacturing sector.
• Understanding of aerospace certification and qualification cycles (e.g. AS9100, NADCAP, OEM qualification processes).

• Lead commercial discussions from first contact through to contract close, including pricing, proposals, and NDAs.
