Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager focuses on leading business development to generate new complex care referrals.
What the role involves
- Leading business development to generate new complex care referrals.
- Build strong relationships with Commissioners, ICBs, Local Authorities and Case Managers.
- Managing referrals and tenders including quotes and submissions.
- Supporting safe onboarding by working closely with clinical and operational teams.
- Set commercial rates with offices and finance.
- Contribute to marketing to raise awareness and generate enquiries.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant sales, account management, business development, CRM, or customer-facing experience may be useful.
Confirmed role details
- £50,000–£55,000 + bonus + car allowance.
- 1–2 days home based.
