Business Development Manager focuses on develop new client relationships, maximise existing accounts.
What the role involves
- Develop new client relationships, maximise existing accounts.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to secure new and increased revenue from both existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, contractors and end-user clients.
- Develop a strong pipeline of prospective projects and tender enquiries.
- Provide consultative solutions that differentiate NEO Property Solutions from competitors.
- Supporting the preparation and submission of tender bids, including writing high-quality responses to technical and scenario-based method statements.
Skills and requirements
- Proven experience selling Passive Fire Protection services.
- Experience selling into end-user markets such as Education, Social Housing, Student Accommodation, Hotels, Leisure and Public Sector organisations.
- Experience of Government, Local Authority and Education sector procurement and tender processes.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Candidate fit
- Delivering professional presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
