What the role involves
- Achieve KPIs and apprenticeship targets through new business and account management.
- Provide expert guidance on the Apprenticeship Levy and ROI for clients.
- Build lasting client relationships.
- Design tailored apprenticeship solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
- Work collaboratively with internal colleagues ensuring all new business deliverables are communicated effectively and commercial arrangements are agreed as part of the on-boarding.
Skills and requirements
- Strong commercial acumen and consultative sales approach.
- Confident communicator with experience presenting to decision-makers.
- CRM experience a plus.
Confirmed role details
- Remote (based in Dorset, Bournemouth or surrounding areas).
- From £35,000 + generous commission.
- Drive learner starts across your region or sales vertical-particularly within the care sector.
- 20 days annual leave - increasing with length of service and a holiday purchase scheme.
