This Business Development Manager role is focused on follow and further develop a new business sales process to ensure key steps within the process are followed in order to increase our win rate probability. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

Responsible for winning new business and achieving volume and revenue targets. Ensure all new business prospects are communicated to the operational team to assess our capability and capacity to deliver the opportunities.
Main responsibilities
Follow and further develop a new business sales process to ensure key steps within the process are followed in order to increase our win rate probability. Develop and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed volume and revenue budget. Ensure that all pricing is profitable and maximised, working with the commercial team to provide clear pricing visibility and understanding of every deal.
