What the role involves
- Managing their own diary effectively while leading from the front.
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to grow market share within laminates, flexible packaging and pouch products.
- Achieving sales growth by identifying and converting new opportunities in targeted industries. (Food, Supplements, Pet Food Etc.).
- Taking full ownership of the sales process from lead generation through to closing deals.
- Managing your own diary effectively, prioritising opportunities and customer engagement.
- Providing commercial proposals, pricing structure and ensuring profitable business growth.
Skills and requirements
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Proven experience in business development or sales selling flexible packaging, laminates, or pouches.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of working independently in a remote role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your own schedule and priorities.
