What the role involves

  • Managing their own diary effectively while leading from the front.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to grow market share within laminates, flexible packaging and pouch products.
  • Achieving sales growth by identifying and converting new opportunities in targeted industries. (Food, Supplements, Pet Food Etc.).
  • Taking full ownership of the sales process from lead generation through to closing deals.
  • Managing your own diary effectively, prioritising opportunities and customer engagement.
  • Providing commercial proposals, pricing structure and ensuring profitable business growth.

Skills and requirements

  • Full UK driving licence required.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales selling flexible packaging, laminates, or pouches.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of working independently in a remote role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your own schedule and priorities.
