What the role involves
- Develop new business opportunities for fire doors, passive fire protection and related fire safety solutions across the UK.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, property owners, facilities management providers and commercial clients.
- Provide commercially suitable fire door and fire safety product recommendations.
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to quotation, negotiation and close.
- Maintaining regular contact with existing accounts to encourage repeat business and long-term customer relationships.
- Work closely with internal technical, customer service and operations colleagues to support customer enquiries.
Skills and requirements
- Previous business development, field sales, account management or technical sales experience is preferred.
- Experience selling fire doors, passive fire protection, fire safety products or construction-related products would be highly desirable.
- Good understanding and experience of commercial sales processes, pipeline management and account development.
- Commercial awareness and ability to work towards sales targets.
