- Accurately maintain the sales pipeline to fit regional needs, as documented in 1-2-1 meetings with the Regional Sales Manager.
- Achieve personal objectives by building and maintaining a pipeline to deliver against budget, ensuring SLAs and stock agreements are adhered to for mutual benefit.
- Develop and communicate a clear sales strategy for your geographical area with the Regional Sales Manager.
Technical requirements
- Previous sales experience in corrugated, packaging or similar related FMCG is essential.
- Strong strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building and key account management.
- Excellent negotiation skills to navigate complex business scenarios.
