Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager position centres on implementing and maintaining a rolling 12-month Key Account Management (KAM) plan, aligning Profoto’s priorities with those of key partners. Role overview

In this role, you are accountable for both short-term sales delivery and long-term market development within the cinema segment, across the UK and selected EMEA markets.

Main responsibilities

Implementing and maintaining a rolling 12-month Key Account Management (KAM) plan, aligning Profoto’s priorities with those of key partners. Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with key cinema dealers and rental houses in the UK and selected EMEA markets to deliver on agreed sales forecasts. Building and managing a robust sales pipeline of upcoming cinema productions through close collaboration with rentals, Gaffers and DPs.

Requirements

• Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven approach to managing pipelines, forecasting and decision-making.
• Requires extensive travel, primarily across the UK, with additional travel within selected EMEA markets as required by defined key accounts and commercial opportunities.
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
