Business Development Manager focuses on own the full deal lifecycle for our largest opportunities, from strategic prospecting through to contract negotiation and go live.
What the role involves
- Own the full deal lifecycle for our largest opportunities, from strategic prospecting through to contract negotiation and go live.
- Build relationships with senior decision makers (C-suite, technology and compliance leads).
- Develop and execute account-based sales strategies for high-value target accounts.
- Leading complex discovery processes to understand commercial, operational and technical requirements, acting as a trusted advisor throughout.
- Managing longer sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision gates, maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasting in the CRM.
- Build deep product and market expertise to position Acre confidently across financial services.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant sales, account management, business development, CRM, or customer-facing experience may be useful.

Candidate fit
- A proven BDM with a track record closing complex, high-value B2B SaaS deals.
- From a financial services or fintech background, or genuinely motivated to develop that expertise.
