- 4.Contribute to a BD strategy, targets and pipeline for review by the Pre-Construction Director.
- 5.Operate with initiative at all times to identify new opportunities alongside networking and cold calling.
- Maintain up-to-date project, client and contact data in the Customer Relations Management (CRM) system.
- 7.Prepare documentation where required to inform senior management.
