Business Development Manager
Job description
The Business Development Manager position centres on achieve KPIs and apprenticeship targets through new business and account management. It would suit someone who can bring supporting account-by-account logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards to the role.
How the role is set up
Location: Remote-based, supporting clients in North of England. Holiday Benefits: 3 Paragon Days for our operational December closure and 8 Public Bank Holidays.
Where someone would start
Achieve KPIs and apprenticeship targets through new business and account management. Identify and engage SME clients, especially in and Education. Provide expert guidance on the Apprenticeship Levy and ROI for clients.

Supporting account-by-account logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards.
