As a Business Development Manager, the work centres on developing and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed volume and revenue budget. It would suit someone who can bring commercial awareness, confident communication, follow-through, and resilience with customers or clients to the role.

New business experience, ideally within the transport or supply chain industry. Communicate with the commercial team to ensure these market needs are understood and appropriately actioned.

Sales work involved

Develop and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed volume and revenue budget. Follow and further develop a new business sales process to ensure key steps within the process are followed in order to increase our win rate probability. Ensure that all pricing is profitable and maximised, working with the commercial team to provide clear pricing visibility and understanding of every deal.
