What the role involves
- Brainlabs is a digital media agency – we’re passionate about using data and tech to craft marketing strategies that drive real business results for clients.
- Lead a portfolio of clients and inspire, motivate.
- Develop a multi-disciplined team to deliver the very best of Brainlabs.
- Develop compelling client strategies and meticulous delivery of these to go above and beyond the expectations of the client.
- Develop custom services and upsell to high value products. You will act as a leader in New Business, developing brilliant proposals and leading pitches.
- Working with an experienced team who can support and help you grow.
Skills and requirements
- You have experience working with both large and small premium clients.
- You are able to juggle multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities and experience in managing and growing a large portfolio of clients.
- You have a deep knowledge of the principles of marketing science. You have experience in building cross channel media strategies and investment prioritisation towards KPIs.
- You have experience in managing and leading large multi-disciplinary teams (strategy, planning and channel experts), and working within a collaborative work environment.
