Legal work involved

Reporting directly to Department Director. Supervise Trainee Solicitors and Caseworkers to manage appropriate caseload types and complexities. Providing expert legal advice to clients on business and personal immigration regulations and policies.

• Must have a clean, valid Practising Certificate at the time of applying.
