Business Manager

What the role involves
- We deliver culturally relevant campaigns across content, experiential, social and digital to drive engagement and advocacy.
- O Lead outbound prospecting across priority sectors (FMCG, retail, tech, finance, entertainment, public sector), including email, LinkedIn, and strategic outreach.
- Lead early-stage client conversations, building strong, insight-led relationships.
- Maintain a strong network of partners to support delivery and innovation.
- O Support the development of thought leadership and content that positions We Are Futures as a leader in youth, family, and future talent engagement.
- O Collaborate with marketing to deliver targeted outreach campaigns.
Skills and requirements
- 4–5 years' experience in a new business, marketing, or client development role (agency or client-side).
- Strong understanding of at least one of the following: youth audiences (16–24), families/parents, or early careers/talent engagement.
- Commercially driven, with a track record of identifying and progressing new opportunities.
- Confident communicator with strong storytelling and presentation skills.
