- Overseeing and coordinating workloads across the team, setting clear expectations and following up daily.
- Acting as a senior point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional, responsive and discreet service at all times.
- Liaising with external stakeholders including lawyers, auditors and regulators.
- Overseeing compliance-related administration, including client onboarding and documentation.
- Addressing issues promptly and professionally, including performance, accountability and handovers.
