• Act as the voice of the employee and candidate identifying optimisation opportunity, translating feedback and insights into requirements for platform.
• Platform Strategy and Requirements Gathering.
• Experience Insights and Feedback Analysis.
• Analysing employee, candidate, and hiring manager feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement across learning talent, and Talent Acquisition producs, services.
• Collaboration with Centres of Expertise (CoEs).
