The Business Relationship Manager position centres on external Supplier Management, support strategic and operational engagement with external suppliers, fostering strong relationships that ensure alignment with business goals and opt. External Supplier Management, support strategic and operational engagement with external suppliers, fostering strong relationships that ensure alignment with business goals and opt. Supporting internal Service Performance reviews, utilising feedback insights to regularly review service performance with Service Owners, focusing on service improvement opportunities. Demand Management, understanding, anticipating and influencing internal customer demand for services delivered by Enterprise Services.

What is expected
- Focus on internal customer experience, collecting, analysing, and transforming customer feedback into actionable insights that inform service improvements and support continuous en.
- Demonstrable experience in a Relationship Management, Service Portfolio and Demand Management in an Enterprise Service Management environment within a large organisation.
- Foundation qualifications of the ITIL V3 and V4 frameworks/ CSI.
