Role overview

We are seeking an experienced Business / Enterprise Architect to support a large-scale underwriting transformation programme within the London Market insurance environment. This is a business-facing architecture role, operating at a strategic and solution level rather than a hands-on technical design or build position.

Main responsibilities

Provide clear architectural recommendations to support realistic and executable delivery plans. Emphasis is on architectural reasoning, business capability translation, and decision support rather than detailed technical design. Own and evolve an existing prioritised underwriting business capability map.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect in complex transformation programmes.
