Business Support Coordinator
Job description
As a Business Support Coordinator, the work centres on act as sales support for all sales teams – supporting with system training and daily queries from the sales department. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
Where ownership sits
You will be part of a small team, working in a fast paced environment, flexibility is a must due to the fluidity of the team – no 2 days will be the same! This includes allocating more than 500 leads per month, processing more than 300 contracts, support of the Business Support mailbox and keeping this within the SLA.
What the role carries
Act as sales support for all sales teams – supporting with system training and daily queries from the sales department. Coordinating the administrative needs of the Sales team and management team as required. Monitoring & allocate data records so the sales team always have enough data to work.

What the role depends on
- Strong Microsoft Office software experience, Word and Powerpoint and expert Excel skills.
