Administrative work involved

  • Overseeing the administration of the Group Works Tracker and Subcontractor database.
  • Maintaining the information contained in the Group CAFM system.
  • Supporting Project Managers with the production of quotes, placing Subcontractor Orders, purchasing, and ensuring all necessary access permits are obtained.

Administrative skills and experience

  • Hands-on experience with service delivery-focused software.
