What the role involves
- Deliver engaging and challenging Business lessons at KS4–KS5, aligned to the latest specifications and best teaching practice.
- Use assessment for learning, constructive feedback, and data-informed strategies to support student progress.
- Enrich the curriculum through Young Enterprise projects, entrepreneurship clubs, guest lectures, workplace visits, and competitions.
- Maintaining a positive and purposeful classroom culture with high expectations for behaviour, effort, and outcomes.
Skills and requirements
- Degree in Business or a closely related field.
- QTS/PGCE (or equivalent) with successful experience at KS4 and/or KS5.
- Evidence of impactful teaching, excellent communication, and effective behaviour management.
- Commitment to safeguarding, inclusivity, and pupil wellbeing.
