The Role – What You’ll Do
• Teach GCSE/A-Level Business across KS4–KS5.
• Deliver content on marketing, finance, HR, enterprise, and strategic decision-making.
• Provide timely assessment and feedback.
• Lead or support enrichment including Young Enterprise.
• Help develop new schemes of work and digital content.
• Maintain high expectations of effort and behaviour.
• Contribute to pastoral and whole-school commitments.
Person Specification
Essential: Degree in Business/Economics, QTS, strong subject knowledge.
Desirable: Edexcel experience, enrichment leadership, UCAS support experience.
