• Managing day‑to‑day sourcing and purchasing of key dairy and fats ingredients, ensuring cost‑effective and reliable supply.
• Build strong supplier relationships to support quality, service and ongoing value improvements.
• Monitoring market trends, pricing and availability to inform buying decisions and reduce risk.
• Work closely with Production, Technical and NPD teams to ensure ingredients meet operational and product requirements.

Candidate fit

• Brings proven experience in buying dairy ingredients, preferably within an FMCG or food manufacturing environment.
• Commercially aware with strong analytical skills and an interest in global market trends.
• Confident in managing suppliers, building strong relationships and ensuring reliable, quality supply.
