Cable Project Engineer focuses on producing and reviewing outline cable system designs during development phases.

What the role involves

Producing and reviewing outline cable system designs during development phases.
Assessing technology options and underground cable routing selection.
Performing current rating calculations using CYMCAP software.
Develop technical scopes and specifications for.
Identify and mitigate engineering and quality risks.
Conduct peer reviews of critical technical issues.

Skills and requirements

Degree in a relevant engineering discipline (essential).
Ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely.

Confirmed role details

Hybrid – Glasgow, Perth, or Aberdeen.
6 months (initial).
£850 per day (PAYE/Umbrella).
